This times 100! I actually started to relevel an "optimized" CW of a different race to eventually replace my main but had to stop around level 30. It's just too much. Also if I go through with it until 60, I just know this feature will be implemented and negate all the releveling I did.
I've topped kill charts with my CW with just the standard PvP set and various rank 5 enchants. I finally broke down and bought a lesser lightning for my orb and a briartwine for my chest piece. You don't need tene's to own in pvp. That said, I voted to remove them because their procs do allow low skilled players to inflate…
Yes GWF were buffed to the top of the 5 class lineup with the last patch, but what you actually may be witnessing is the Rejuv potion bug that now allows you to use rejuv potions in PvP. Take advantage of it while you can!
It's all quite simple really. You trade your Zen for AD when it's trading above 400 and you use your AD to buy Zen when it dips below 300. Don't do anything when it's in the 300s.
If one were to Google or check the forum first, it would be painfully obvious that all founders packages are a complete rip off. I said it before OB... better off buying zen!
Exactly. People are botting to level since PvP gives the fastest xp of any activity in game. It doesn't pay to bot farm glory as PvP gear is not in demand on the AH.
I always leave if the opposing team starts with more CWs than my team. Also, reducing glory for losing has backfired because now there is no incentive to stick around and lose.
Precisely the reason I won't be buying one! I just use the 3 free bags and sell or upgrade all runes/enchants to rank 4 & 5. Sell all potions below your level and get rid of common dyes.
FYI Rift was released only 2 years ago. The OP is 100% correct in his comparison of NW's fast paced combat vs Rift's slow old school mmo mechanics. I did the same as OP and tried playing my old max level character and a couple lower level ones. Once you do NW combat, especially PVP, you CANNOT go back to any other mmo.…
Good advice. You should always be standing on a point whether enemy controlled or controlled by your team. If you are a CW and your teammates are fighting melee from within the point, then you can hang back and blast from range.
Bah... when I encounter a GF spamming their block skill I just back off until a melee teammate engages... then I burn the GF's HP into the ground. Works every time.
