WTH is the Alchemical Extravaganza? The first mention that I've seen of it is that it has been postponed. Something to do with companions I'm guessing from the other comments. Was this announced somewhere before?
they are in a queue. it's not luck. the orders at 500/1 are filled in the order they are placed. the orders at 499/1 are filled in the order they are placed if there are no orders at 500/1 and so on. you get in line and wait your turn. the orders that I placed last night have been filled already. make sure you are looking…
Back to the OP's actual problem, there's no way an order has been sitting unfilled at 500/1 for 4 days. I've placed an order and had it filled since then. Have you checked your unfilled orders to make sure that the order got placed correctly? Did you forget that to get the zen into the game you have to withdraw it from the…
It was about a lot of people giving up and deciding to just buy the @#$% thing. At one point with a day left in the event, there were almost as many chickens on the AH as lizards.
All of this, plus upping the chance at getting the companion. Or start the chance to get the companion where it currently is, then every subsequent time you run through the event, the chance increases. Something like (base chance)*(attempt), then reset the attempt number when you actually get it. I would also like to see…
GWFs don't pull the agro that GFs do. As a GWF, I can run by every enemy in the room, but unless I'm actively fighting them, they don't care and won't turn to me if they're already focused on someone else.
This post is only about pve situations, especially boss fights. It seems to me that there's a big misconception about a GF's role in this game, probably based on the way tanky classes are played in other games. The perception is that being the tank means taking the most damage while still dealing plenty. In this game,…
Zeb has spoken. All hail Zeb! Actually I was just logging in to post something very similar. For me, it was 50 runs with no lizard-dudes or curios. The way the Respen's game event worked was PERFECT. 10 - 15 runs to get one of the rare items in a bound-to-account form was great for those of us that couldn't get them from…
This is a serious punch to the gut. I've really been enjoying Neverwinter lately and really enjoy the mod 3 stuff. I even started up a 4th character. This kind of severe anti-player change really throws me for a loop. The only way this announcement could have been any worse would be for it to be accompanied by an increase…
I'd like to see it set up so that bound mounts had their own inventory page like the companions. Then set your riding speed to be the highest of any that you have bound. I'm fine with keeping it character by character, although I also believe that most would just buy the Clydesdale if they don't already have an epic mount,…
All the currency stacks should go to 999. There's such a ridiculously high number of currencies that having low stack amounts and limited storage for them is just stupid. There's at least 6 just for Sharandar.
but there's no way to know which purses will give you the coins that you want on specific alts. with all this HAMSTER binding to a character instead of an account, a lot of it becomes completely worthless even if you do actually want it for one of your characters.
The potions are only an issue at the lower levels. Any potion that drops in game should be a lot cheaper on the AH than the supplies you'd use to make it. At the higher levels, alchemy levels faster than other professions because you don't have to make hundreds of pairs of useless pants. The amount of experiments needed to…
I actually enjoy the crafting system, but I would like to see some more useful top level items be craftable. You can level any profession other that leadership fairly quickly. Any low-level craftsman can earn more AD than a level 20 leadership. You just have to know what you're doing. Of course, if everybody tries to do…
Any settlement that is stable enough to have a job posting bulletin board is stable enough to be visited by a courier and have a mailbox. Do you realize that this entire world has only 1 courier? How can that little pipsqueak call himself a courier if he never bothers to go anywhere? It's a travesty.
The Gateway AH buyout price sorting has NEVER worked on a per item basis. It does work fine for items when you only want 1, but trying to find the cheapest per-item price on something that you want a bunch of is more complicated. It used to work perfectly in-game.
The dragon bug that keeps being mentioned isn't exclusive to dragons. The tentacles in the Dread Vault are hitting (or at least damaging) way outside the red zones, and the Sharandar witch's transformation effect often hits outside it's red circle. And speaking of that transformation, if anyone is dumb enough to try to…
The lockboxes are a serious money maker for the company. The droprate for what comes out of them is something that cannot be changed on a whim. There would be meetings, discussions, supervisor approval on multiple levels, all kinds of hoops to jump through. I had already decided to buy some zen and keys to give some boxes…
I thought it was kinda neat to be able to jump out and ride around, surveying the battlefield before the event started. Since everyone was teleported back to the campfire, it was completely harmless. There's really no reason why that should have been changed. It worked perfectly, something was done intentionally for…
Same thing happened to me. I've done the MotH skirmish twice, both during the Skirmish event, and both times got zero AD. I didn't know if it was a bug or by design. Either way it should be changed to make it consistent with every other skirmish in the game.
Any word on when the auction house buyout sorting will get fixed. It was working fine before the new content patch (in-game anyway, gateway has never worked right for quantities greater than 1). I do appreciate all the work that's been going on, but seriously, putting a list of numbers in numerical order is a first week…
