They fixed the guardian pack issues over a week ago. Go the the Founders vendor across from Knox and you can claim all the item there.

#852 That is exactly what I saw, 2 emails and one without an attachement. Deleting one deleted the other and I did not get my pack either. However for me this happened on both characters I created.

I noticed on my cleric that when I upgrade a power, the % does not go up on the skill. So say the power is 30% to healing, and I upgrade to rank 2 which should give +10% more to healing, the power still says 30%.
