I agree... once i incremented the swiftness of the fox feat the first time, all the cooldowns on my encounter powers are messed up... Not cool as it makes battle a huge frustration as my powers are not recharging properly!!

Don't know where to start here... Have you looked in the xb1 patch notes section? They've only released notes for the 1.1 "patch" -> They change things during the "maintenance" windows too w/o any "notes" of what is changing. What i'm saying is there should be release notes for each maintenance window..

I 2nd the call for each maintenance to at least put out some sort of "patch notes"... even if it's just "Performance improvements". The lack of communication is STILL an issue.... With PW, i doubt you'll get an answer... you'll just have to wait for it to show up in release notes at some point. Never seen a company with such "disinterested" developers in engaging the community ;)

Yeah, this will never happen. The systems are completely separate as I believe the XB1 is run on MS servers and tightly integrated into xbox live profiles, systems, etc. Best bet would be to either buy another computer or XB1 (I'd go the XB1 route personally :) )

Must be regional or something -> I've been playing all weekend and today for a bit too and haven't had any issues. So far, my experience with the XB1 version has been very good (better than many AAA "big name" titles launches even)
