That's not good enough. Flag the IP address of the offenders and ban them from the game. At the very least give their characters the title "****** Bag", permanently in-game and don't allow them to change it ever, so other players know who a$$hats behind this downtime are. Give legit players the option to shun these clowns…

It's unlikely anyone who spent real money will lose anything. However, it is still technically beta which means they can do whatever-the-hell they please and nobody has a pot to <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> in about it, what-so-ever. However, what's that colloquialism about the fool and his money?
