From my math, it looks visual only also. I get the correct number of stats on the main char page. If you want to see your comp stats, the workaround is to right click your own portrait/picture and 'inspect companion' and that shows the correct comp stats.

The knotted garbs chest piece from hunts is a little bugged. The tooltip says +1500 power daytime in Barovia, +1500 def night, 500 everywhere else. My recent copies all can't enter PE. If I move them to Port or something on live and then copy and then never enter PE ever, it's fine but then those recent copies can't get the Barovia intro quest. My older copies don't crash at PE. Don't think it's a human/gear thing.
