One thing to consider as Sly has pointed out above is that Dread does not reduce DR directly (aside from 5% on a crit), but it reduces a characters defense stat which gives DR. Ump. Hey Kalina, I did play HR for a bit however the CW always draws me back. Not all tricks, we can cast a daily and cancel it for 50% ap lol. In any case this item is toxic, and yes whatever fix they did, did not work.
I completely agree. Unless you have some amazing changes for MOD 14 PVP yet to be revealed, you should rethink how silly this enchantment is for so many classes.

There was a poll vote and that we won the vote, speaks volumes about the PVP community and how much we care about making PVP better. Not just for the PVP players but also for the majority of PVE players to enjoy their pastime, as you say.
I chose PVP only because that's my thing, however playing any content will highlight the challenges we all face. I must say that it is sad that this is "event" and not just a common occurrence.

My stamina regeneration is at 10% from stamina gain stat. I think the diminishing returns are to heavy to get it higher. Do the artifacts regenerate a % of stamina or add to stamina gain stat?

Thank you for this information. I got the Gas Spore and used 3 Gladiators Guile Mount Bonuses last night, however I can still only achieve 4 dodges outside of combat. My recharge speed says around 40 something %. How did you get 62% and how with 20% more recharge can you dodge 7 times?
