From my perspective, they don't seem to care. No response=No work. There are several threads on this issue following 2015-04-09 patch.

It's sad because they haven't even given us a response on whether or not they are even addressing the issue. Seems to me like they don't care for their customers.

I am not sure if those responsible for these sort of issues have their priorities straight. They are so busy patching in-game bugs that they neglect to repair this much more pressing issue. Poor service. 48 hours of no play-time due to a bug that has yet to be fixed. Not impressed. If it were an in-game bug it would not be a problem, but it's an issue with loading the game; therefore it is an issue of priorities. Good job.

"Material file reloaded" screen keeps crashing. Cannot play. Hurrah for patch <.<

I am receiving the crash on the "material files reloaded" screen as well. It was working fine for months; but for the last 24 hours i cant play. I tried re-installing, and no change. Moreover, the support center is genuinely useless (to say the least).
