Epic fail other games use this exchange too but when customers ask why there are so huge difference they adjust it. I don't think they will change this. You can contact your consumer agency to check if it's right to do this...

See what 15 vs 1 lol, well I killed some of them and it was 10 vs 1. With a big guild all can do this and it's so boring.

Well I can't see now it's maintenance I used that link on my character table, 400 token must be rename token still I couldn't change anything. I'll see what happens when it's live again.
