the agro seems to be effected as well, I'll start fighting a small group and the next group further away will agro too, which only makes the whole out of balance issue even more of an issue. took my (lvl 80) wizard along with a friend (lvl 65) wizard to Drowned Shore, got over whelmed twice and died. that is a lvl 61-63…

just tried leveling a wizard and got from 1 -10 alright, the NPC's were a little harder than I remember, but doable. but the one thing I noticed most was that the "daily" attacks do less damage then encounter attacks. this might be something the Devs overlooked on the calculations. just a heads up devs
