Thanks for the links guys, tho i seems to be unable to claim them (it keep returning an error when i introduce them). Its true theres better way to give away keys w/o pissing players who spend 30-40 mins tipping keys to get nothing, i hope they learn fro mtheir errors and next time they do it in a different way :P

I didnt saw any post but i usually only check general and cleric forums, i tryed to report ingame, but its not working, so i send an email. Im not really sure if they check forums at all :S.

Well IMO the problem with the cash shop comes down to bags and respecs. The bags on he cash shop should stay imo, but it should be make account wide. My problem with it is if you reroll, its lost.
