Haven't been able to check out Strongholds or NW in general for the past two weeks, how are things? I've been playing on console and working more, so I haven't the time.

I mean, I run Kessels with Shield on Spell Mastery instead of Conduit of Ice, just to survive. I keep chill stacks up with my at wills and Icy Terrain mostly. I guess I could upgrade my PlagueFire to do a bit better.

How will PvP (Player against Player) change with the addition of Oathbound Paladin? The existing classes have been around long enough to predict their attacks/abilities for PvP, this new class is sure to muck up things for a bit.

Does that Icy Veins have an internal cooldown? I was thinking something like the 'Eye of the Storm' feat/power through Spellstorm Paragon. I genuinely thought this was a problem at my end, like it usually is. I've moved my desktop and laptop to a new room in the house today, and suspected that to be the problem. Anyway, I'd ask for people to quit hounding and pawing at the devs and workers, as they're doing their best to resolve this problem.
