Fixed that for you. There's very little in this game that isn't from 4e D&D. Saying it's "loosely based" is a bit inaccurate. That being said... I wonder why they're using the subrace names instead of just going with Eladrin? That bit does seem more 3.5 than 4e.

They did acknowledge that, and have made statements on it in multiple threads. They are tracking down each exploiter AND their mules via transaction logs, and are employing every appropriate punishment - and I quote - "including but not limited to perma-banning."

Some of us made accounts to comment on stuff that's happening on the game. Some have been playing CO or PWI & have only recently joined NW. Others, like me, don't normally bother with posting on the official forums because they're full of trolls, self-entitled whiners, and flame wars.

So, either they're lying completely about their actions (and so have other game developers like Blizzard), or they have a way to log all that transaction info efficiently. Every PWE beta has had the ability to buy Zen with real money. NW's closed beta let you buy Zen with real money. Also, it's what is referred to as a "soft launch."

Every single AD transaction can be tracked. It takes time, but it can be. Even the mules can be tracked. Um... the legally-bought Zen will be refunded to the legit owners, thus solving the problem you're describing. And they've tracked the exploiters & their AD, and are working on removing all excess AD from the economy. Did you not read the post?
