IMO, people need to understand what the GF and GWF are supposed to do. The GF is supposed to keep control of the big bad monsters, not worry about the little minions that die in 3 hits from a CW or GF. Focus on keeping control of the big baddies and you will be much happier in the game. For GWF, you are not a single target…

The PvP gear for GWF is HAMSTER IMO, you should really try to get something different. Also I have never been kicked from a T1 or T2 run on my GWF, and if they want to kick me I tell them to wait for the first 3 pulls of the instance and if anyone beats me on damage they can kick me (usually shuts the party up real fast)

Ion stone is something like 155 power + crit + recovery where the cat is 225 Recovery + Crit (thats without enchantments or gear) Envy - What are the major differences between this and the hybrid tank guide? Feat choices?

The one thing that I am worried about, is I am constantly getting hammered by mobs. Should I stick to Destroyer because of this or get a better tank?

Changing feats and powers would not impact your GS at all, as GS is Gear Score not Abilities+powers+gear score. If you checked this morning, make sure you are not missing gear due to their rollback of pretty much all of sunday's progress.

It deals Weapon Damage instead of small fire damage and reduction in defense (which we already do a lot of)

If you are close to the powers and feats to the current build, it should not be too hard to change.

thanks Rhek for putting this back up. Guide helped me a lot when I was referencing it leveling and im now topping meters in it against equal geared people.

It depends on how you are building and what you want to build for. You will probably want to get the Avatar of War 4 piece bonus at least, and yes those weapons may be the best, but you may want to find the specific items and compare their stat weights and figure out what works best.

Change Restoring strike to Not So Fast, Replace Flourish with Roar and then you can call it AoE. But to answer your question, 30% is solid.

The cat gives Crit, Armor Pen and Recovery, as well as its other stats when given an Eldritch stone. Rhek, really wish these people hadnt trolled you and made you quit GWF. You are one of the people that made me want to start playing my GWF again.

She is technically level 30, but yea I feel your pain there. Once you get 35 the road becomes much smoother, but that 10 to 16 (before you get the healbot) can be a little painful on the wallet. Once you get to 40 and you start plowing through groups of mobs, you will give that sigh of relief and it will all feel worth it.

The cat has 2 offensive and 1 defensive. It also gives Crit ArP and Recovery instead of Power and something else. Revitalizing Strike is nice if you dont have a healer, but Roar is a far better option. Roar is a much better AP Generator as well as an interrupt.

Momaw, I had some issues leveling (just hit 60 yesterday). I will say to make sure you try to keep your gear up to par, it helps a lot in leveling.

For "Marked" targets, this would be something that a GF would apply also (the mark applies to the target regardless of class) so if the GF plays it correctly, they can keep the mark going for quite some time. Reaver got changed to Mighty Leap The game is not P2W it is P2nottakeyears, HUGE difference low level GWF damage is a bit low without a good weapon/gear set, but its manageable.

Its all listed in the first post, just make sure to max the powers listed there (you should have a lot of points left over) and follow the feats that he listed.
