Also the intro scenes, there has to be a way to skip the intro scenes. After a few hundred veiws I just want to go in & start fighting, but I have to wait for the intro scene to finish :(

I agree, I have done all 3 WOD lairs, and in 3 years I saw 2 key drops & only when I was in a party. Which meant you had to need or greed on the key. I've been doing these lairs solo now & have not seen 1 drop with any of my 3 toons. Is there a problem with the drop, or do you have to get killed 10 - 20 times befor a key…

How about a check box so you can decide to double click to either charater bank slot or shared bank slot, or if you check the box it will send to shared slots.
