The fact that players can get together and effectively remove other people from the game is absolutely ridiculous. Ban people from public chat channels all day, that's fine. Guild/group chat? Simply stupid. Some serious white knights or inexperienced online players here.....seriously....

Rift is a very complete and competent mmo. Probably the best of the "modern" mmos. So no, it's not only for games that are "<font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> from the start". Let alone that Rift lasted years with a sub. I agree. LOTRO was actually a solid game, it just had a horrible F2P setup.

I think the game is worth $60, but I won't pay it if I don't need to. If I had to I would pay though. It seems you're mad because you tried to pay to win and have failed.

What AD injection? Level 60 players selling gear? The hero of the north pack has a MUCH bigger effect but you don't seem to mind that do you. Wipe the characters and you'd have more 60s in a day or 2. Have you even attempted to think this through?
