Nope. Only Starlight Bags or Parcels. Also, technically, you don't open the Gifts of Simril. You give/use them.

Well, losing investment value over time in a game isn't anything exclusive to a particular game. Basically any game that puts out content updates would have that issue. Maybe try copying to that loadout to recover it? If you'd rather not, it's probably something for support to do. The issue might also be some item being on cooldown perhaps?

That would be done here too. But this isn't the same. The item was not purchased with cash and you explicitly clicked through a warning. They still might restore it as a one-time courtesy, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.

It does take a while to get a response, especially so considering the current situation around the world. Anyhow, I don't think they'll be restoring it. IIRC you get a specific dialog warning you that the item will be bound to the character if you refine it.

Was that exchanged Zen or paid Zen? In case it's paid Zen, support might undo that transaction. Nothing is likely to be done if it were exchanged Zen (I've accidentally purchased an Enchanted Key pack while claiming that free 3-key pack on a new character, and was told they can't help with that).

Yeah, they gave the legendary skins to people who already used the epic mounts to compensate. (you don't get the legendary powers though)

As far as I know you get absolutely nothing from additional legendary mounts, except maybe bragging rights, if you already have your powers of choice. I don't see how you'll get an IL boost either...

Yes, and they indeed do not make important announcements on streams and leave it there. What they gave was not an announcement in any way. They gave an apology and a response to queries.
