heres a work around. Do not click anything, let it load naturally, and it will work.

Same issue here, first log-in after patch, my friend doesnt have this issue, hes in washington, I do, i'm in arizona. I know its usually not relevant, but in case this is that one off situation, there you go. I've tried reinstalling, opening in different manners, turning off my security program, anything I could think of.
