Ran Pack of Lies and subsequent Wolf Den in Barovia in 2 man party. I didn't receive the Sunsword Hilt from instance, yet the other party member did. Done the quest solo on my other toons and received it, so unsure whether its a bug, or if needed for later stages of campaign.
