• i stumbled onto this while lvling my first char, i didnt read it until lvl30 but it was the exact same powers i had planned out for myself, when do you switch over n start using steel blitz? Ill have the skill finished by the end of the day but Im wondering if using it at lower lvls will have any adv. over the crit ability.
