  • I think it's important to note the KIND of crash. "Crash" can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Video/Audio Lock-up to forced Blue-screen or restart Instant Reboot Client crash (back to desktop) Shut Down with no restart etc. Event: Full PC shut down. It doesn't lock up, or blue-screen.
