Funny, I've been building and using computers for over 30 years and not once ever has "Run as Administrator" solved an issue running software. You are pretty much the admin when running windows. If you aren't, you wouldn't have that option. Look in "User Accounts" at your account. I'll bet it says "Administrator" there.…
