Thanks. Second Question. Is it safe to use the Zen i did receive while waiting to be reimbursed the bonus Zen or should i leave the base value in my wallet until i get the bonus updated?
Any update on if this is being looked into. I have 2 cards that experienced this issue. Submitted a ticket to Customer Service on Saturday. (Understood its a weekend) I just dont' want to transfer the Zen into game until i am sure i will get credited the missing bonus amount.
