Make sure you talk to everyone near the Common Cause quest giver. There are 5 persons there, even the guy standing on the box behind the quest giver. They DO NOT have quest signs over them but always give quests. I think this is what you missed.

I'm a new player and leveled just before Mod 6 and didn't know it will hit. My leveling experience has been great from 1 to 60 and got even a paragon over 60. When the mod dropped **** went haywire and monsters 2 shot me. It needs to be tweaked. White mobs are not allowed to hit harder then bosses.

Just found out I had to change the proxy to EU! GO GO GO. Of course you might have to change to US depending on where you are playing.
