It is only truely random if you queue with a full queue-grp of 10. Otherwise you get paired up with people queuing for rtq AND for any of the trials. The reason you end up in demo is because the majority queues up for demo since it is new.

Speed means workload per time. With -75% speed the artisan can only do 1/4th of the workload in the same time. So it increases the time taken for the full workload to 4 times the original time. I think the solution is to take a char which doesnt have 25 Leadership => 70 Gathering, which makes it impossible on my crafting char
