I have seen queues this high in SWTOR when it launched but they responded with more servers. Give PWE a chance, they probably didn't expect this high of a turn out.
I remember when SWTOR launched I would remote in to my home computer from work to jump in the queue so I would be logged in when I got home. Good times
I can understand your frustration and even sympathize with you but I don't think they did it because they "hate" you. Besides, when everyone loses interest in the game the priority queue access will be worthless.
