Well, that is due to something called a development budget. If you really want to fix this then take out your wallet and pony up what it will cost to program in more character options and the art assets to support them. If you don't have the money, ask your mommy if she does. Despite the beliefs of many whining kiddies,…
I roleplay in every MMO I play and meet others who do also. Perhaps the problem is with you, OP? I have RP'd in every game since UO and found others to RP with. It is not up to the devs to make this happen for you. Further more, if I have to read another whining drivel filled post about how someones pet RP concept cannot…
Arabian Knights/Al Qadim themed buildings and detail objects Pillows Wine bottle Goblet/wineglass Round/oval rugs More landscape paintings Skull on a stick Single coil of rope Hanging shackles that could be attached to a wall or post
I have set the object as a map transition using Item Properties, the storyboard has a map transition block in the flow chart where the detail object is specified under Leave From. Beyond that I am not sure what you mean.
The class they will call a Ranger will not really be a ranger so who cares? I played Rangers since the first rpg supplement, Greyhawk, came out (and if you don't know what Greyhawk was, you know nothing about D&D). Rangers are known for skills useful in the wilderness (which we don't have in NW) and they used clerical…
So your history with MMOs goes back for at least 20 minutes? The worst MMO launch was Anarchy Online. The game was quite innovative but they bungled it, it was the first game with instances and the instance mechanism broke down and people were trapped in shops, apartments, and backyards for DAYS. The game had a massive…
3rd world problem: there is no food because of a drought, someone is killing people in my village, my children have no health care. 1st world problem: someone used cheap gin for my martini, I have to walk a long way from the parking at the mall, I might not get mail delivery on Saturday.
This is not a game of bouncy-ball and strafey-strafey, you have to commit to an attack and stand your ground to fight. If not all the classes can break animation and get out of the way of trouble then Cryptic needs to fix that, but in general things are working as intended.
I don't have a lot of use for PWE but the game is fun so I play. I am curious, though, as to why you are here? Is your life so empty and pathetic that the only thing you find fulfilling is to hang around a forum for a game that you hate and whine like a little child who wet their underwear?
Wrong, the first respecs were done in Anarchy Online after a major overhaul of the game and became something you could do periodically after that. DAoC also had them in some form, and WoW did not originally if I recall correctly. Planetside was designed so that you could re-do your certifications pretty much at will. Of…
The Ranger class won't really be a ranger, it will be an archer. Rangers have woodland skills and abilities that cannot and will not be implemented in a game that doesn't really have an overland or wilderness, and they have druidic magic too which the NW ranger class will not have.
All new MMOs have queues, they will not last for ever, in fact they will be gone in a few days. All the crying and wailing and the stampede of dramallamas is pointless and futile.
