• SO you are supposed to get another bag from doing the dungeon there? By the time I got to there I was too high a level to do that quest - seems stupid to put such a useful item on a quest that can become completely unavailable to you.

• I also have the same issue with my level 60 character trying to log into it when in Protectors Enclave on the Dragon shard (Elysia Aubec character name). Can log in fine to the foundry and with my level 5 character on the same shard, although it is in the Tower District.
