They definitely need to tailor the quests to encourage people to play new UGC quests, rather than just repeat the ones they have previously done / know well.

All your work is saved server side and validated by the server, not the client, it wouldn't be possible without changing some major changes to how the game worked.

Don't recall if PE was one of the maps, but there are lots of PE building blocks in the details list. Trouble with the premade maps is you can't edit the detail already in them. Keep in mind people that you don't select your class at character creation, you select your build! This is why there are two Fighters, because you're picking a build rather than just the class.
Quite frankly, it is rubbish how they've handled it. If they aren't going to give us real random rolls then they should just let us assign a fixed number of points as we see fit.
