The "cleric" could be a paladin. Or you could be reading too much into it and the picture displays pre-finalized weapons for classes that we already have.
PWE is running the show. I 100% expect that you would never get a skill reset for free, even after major changes to a class, barring MAYBE the introduction of new paragon paths. You're downright naive if you think otherwise with this company.
You're dense if you think that throughout the lifetime of a game, where the devs have, and will again, balance/tweak classes, you can get away with the same cookie cutter build that you made on day one. And you're all the more dense, and a drag on anyone you play with, if you don't make some kind of optimizations to your…
Oh GameBreaker.. What a sham of a place. That being said however, what the guy says isn't wrong - Doing dailies is just an outright pain in the *** for what you get from them. $40 mounts is excessive, it doesn't matter that you can convert AD or just simply not buy them. You should all be outraged at this pricing.…
Wow lots of good information in this thread. I didn't realize rogues had so much crit to waste. How realistic is it to hit 2200 ArP from T2 PvE gear though? In Master Duelist(Unicorn head), T1 rings, T2 belt/neck, I can only hit 944, and that included using a lesser off-hand dagger(Netheril Blade vs. Thickgristle) for more…
It doesn't look all that different from the other pieces.. I was really hoping that Swashbuckling would be much more pirate-esque. In the same way that the stuff from CT is orc themed.
Swashbuckling is definitely the best if the 25% is even at all reliable with the short CD on Wicked Reminder. Does anyone have the set that can shed some light on the up time of that proc?
Tiefling and Human is a toss up; The 3 extra feat points as a human basically get used to max out Toughness(+HP), and Disciple of Strength(increases the amount of bonus damage from str by 2/4/6%). Tiefling gets 5% more damage on targets under 50% HP though, which is **** strong as well. Actually, laying it out like this,…
Sinister appears that it would be better for longer boss fights, 1000 Recovery is 10% cdr. Over the course of say..the last boss in Castle Never, I'm sure being able to use your encounters 10% more often would trump whatever damage bonus you get from the Power on the MA set. Master Assassin would most definitely trump it…
I bring it for bosses. But PotB is just a background thing. It just makes the tiny(archers and the like) adds die a little faster. Also, it's not a DPS meter. A DPS meter would be far far more helpful in dungeons than just "herp derp I did x amount of damage".
@ level 60 with this skill maxed: I don't hit every target inside the radius of it, and I'm fine with this. I definitely do hit more than one more at a time though. It doesn't do a lot of damage, maybe 3-4k tops for the entire duration on one mob. Again, I am fine with this as this is a much much better skill than Blitz in…
First off, "it's a beta" is not a catch all problem solving sentence. They're accepting money for a service that they're providing as well. Second, how does it even get this far into development that you have the trinity and dungeon content that's pretty clearly using the idea that there is a trinity, but not implement a…
A role check would be fantastic. You have the trinity, you have HM content which very clearly revolves around it(sans astral shield stacking, which is something else altogether), and yet you have a queue system in which it doesn't check whether or not the rolls have been met, so a fair bit of parties just fall apart right…
You can re-stealth at any time regardless of combat status once the bar just to the left of your character is full again. At-Wills(left and right mouse clicks) will not drop you from stealth. Some enounters(skills/powers) will end stealth upon use, others wont and will expressly say that they wont unstealth you. Being in…
Once you reach level 10, you unlock the ability to use stealth. You can activate it by pressing Tab by default. It has a fairly short duration, but there are feats that increase it by as much as 20% and the level 60 pvp gear also has another 20% bonus on it.
Can someone confirm whether or not you can actually go above 48.9% crit? I'm full T1 geared with the exception of my Neck(Cape of the Half Orc, 250 crit strike on it), and my Belt, which has comparable power/crit(-4~5 for either compared to t1 belt). I'm just shy of 3000 crit rating and enchanting with azure enchants…
Every time I look at the armor I'm wearing, I think "god why can't I hide the shirt/pants?", and then I click back over to my fashion outfit and I'm content until the next time I have to switch over to my actual armor. Please give us the option to hide the stuff, or give us different shirts/pants to use.
Set(2): +450 Recovery Set(4): Powers have a 25% chance to give 338 Power and Recovery for 6 seconds, can stack 3 times. I agree with the OP for the most part too. The tribal armor from CT is pretty cool looking on it's own, but once you add in the shirt/pants(that you can't disable), it ruins it pretty good.
That's what I thought at first as well, but the way it was worded made me think of the above. I see I wasn't the only one. I'll take it at that then. Thank you both :)
