I agree, asking my guild members to donate their AD to the coffer weekly is a sure fire way to loose members. I have 2 characters that can do the leadership thing and a few of my other members can do it as well but with the cost of AD on the structures it is ridiculous. I am having the same problem. My GWF had cult prison and could not get into the same instance with my guild mates that were going to help me get it done. The same thing has happened to me 3 times I did a dungeon... was not part of a group, did not get any Astral Diamonds... could not leave and I get the same response from Arc... this is getting ridiculous.
