On the main server I can see leaving some items in your mailbox, but on the test server you don’t have to. You can literally create as many new characters as you want free. Go through the tutorial and then duplicated one of the several premade characters that has unbound 60 slot bags and you’re set with storage characters.…

One workaround I’ve been using is to mail yourself items. I do this on the main server to with profession items since you can’t put them in the bank. Just have to make sure the protection is off on the item. You can fill up the mailbox. Switch to the toon you want the item on and collect from the mailbox. I did run into an…

I have the same issue. I bought the heirloom pack and I had not claimed the bag yet. It was present in the gift vendor untill Friday.
