Purchased Knight of the Feywilde pack last night and the items do not even appear for claiming at the founder merchant even after completing rags to riches. Moon elf race does not appear in character create either.

I purchased the Hero of the North and the Guardian pack at launch so I have those, but I recently (last night) purchased the knight of the feywilde pack and it has not appeared for claiming at the founder merchant. I have a lvl 40 toon with 27 of them. All random drops. Seem to drop most in instances / dungeons.

Ok this is going to confuse things a little. Can you please get back to us on how the timer works? Does the auto refine happen 24hrs from the last time you personally refined something or does it happen on an internal 24hr server reset clock? Unless we know this its going to confuse testing this. The rate at which XP is thrown around in this game, anyone who actually hands over AD to "powerlvl" deserves to be ripped off. Turn off zone chat and let the bad's troll themselves.

Doesn't just happen while riding mounts. Happens while doing well...anything. Not the most game breaking bug in the world but definitely annoying. Please fix.

Funny thing here is I am getting everything BUT the RAD's.

About 7 so far, 1 for each time it has happened. No response to any of them so far.

Ok I tested this today and the result is that the problem still exists. I completed Protect Caravan nine times today in gateway of which the reward should have been 1800 RAD in total as each one completed is supposed to give you 200 RAD to refine once you log in. When I logged in my character I had 0 RAD to refine.…

Yep already realized that it adds to your RAD pool not your AD pool directly. Will test again today and list exact professions which don't seem to be stacking.

I can confirm this is happening to me as well. What I find is you will be awarded the rough astral diamonds the first time you claim it. However they will not STACK if you do the profession more then once through gateway.

This issue still exists, is there a fix planed for this problem or does anyone know any work around?
