Actually if you read the original post it, this idea allows for your ego to be rubbed, while not changing the base format of the game. Unfortunately bringing you and your friends back will not offset the people that leave because the game is going to become more grind based.
A sloppy mechanic would be to have you select need or greed for the items after u opened the chest. You would get them all only their status would chsnge. Or have it go bon if u take it to dyer, trading or ah would make it boe. Whatever the mechanic the end result would be the same.
My understanding is that the system tries to put together a proper group and as that fails it eventually just puts together whatever it can find. The problem in the game is that their are WAY to many TR and CW and not nearly enough DC. (No GFs or GWFs but that isn't a problem at this point). If you want a "must be 1 DC per…
Your argument is you can kill everyone but GF, so nerf GF. That is amusing. If a GF is killing you with three encounters, only two of which knock down/stun, then they WAY out gear you. Anyway, you can always press your invulnerability button and just walk away.
Thats the same mechanic as with GF. However, the GF does not have the same responsive on/off as the GWF. It's response time is the same as the CW, TR, and DC. If the GWF tab power is server side now as you say, then they can make the GF tab operate the same way.
Ok I did some testing with all of my characters. The problem seems to be at the intersection of the shift key and the animation. On my CW if I just keep double tapping my movement key I will blink 3 times right in a row seemingly without pause. But what is really happening is the animation is finishing and I am blinking…
TR: All their attacks can be dodged/blocked or walked away from. Yea their daily does crazy damage, but all the dailies are crazy. CW: Again can be dodged and bloc...oh wait blocking it still applies the mitigation. Sorry that their is a skill in the game that prevents the GF from holding down shift all day long. GWF: I've…
Getting the full set helps, getting decent enchantments help too. Each class has a win button or at least a win with encounter rotation button except for clerics. As was said dailies are strong, but I like it because it adds a bit of randomness to fights not knowing if your enemy has the daily up or not.
Yea very much so, at least in the 40-49 bracket. They just run straight from the spawn to the middle control point, then auto attack the first enemy that shows up. They seem to be mostly clerics, so I let em stay around for a bit of healing from astral seal or whatever and then kick before the end. The other ones I just…
They would have to do something about the bots first. I get in groups where if it were a vote you could not kick anyone because you have 3 bots in the group.
Both classes need serious help and need it fast. Up GF damage mitigation, improve aoe threat, kill the double cleric circle and give the GF a group buff ability instead. At least GF is fun to play solo...decent damage both single and group and ok mitigation for small groups beating on you. GWF needs so much help, I don't…
