Accessed this post via the ps4 forum, guessing because it was supposed to be a shared server downtime, the problem is the ps4 servers have yet to go down for maintenance and we haven't heard anything about what is going on.

I have this same exact issue, and it doesn't have anything to do with screen display area as I have attempted adjusting it and also running at different resolutions, so far nothing seems to help, the last few lines are always cut off
