Not to mention Serpent's Bile was also broken not giving the damage/crit it should give, if you're playing trapper it's completely hindering your dps; also the nerf on gushing wounds and lost set is horrid merely a punishment lol

What about Hunter Ranger's Aspect of the Serpent? that's been broken for a week and it's most likely 20% of the class' dps, it needs a fix as well.

Is aspect bugged on level 4 only? or even on 1/2/3 level scale?

It seems it's broken on Epic tiers only, and there has been no official word on it.

It IS bugged, same with some artifacts, yet there seems to be no official response from the development team nor the community managers.

Incorrect, I've leveled 4 toons via pvp, last one was a cw and had 3 tr friends on my party, could queue up without any problem.

Seems like it won't get any blue gear, there is tier 1/grim/profound on the other npc though :)

Those are actual bots (I spotted at least 10x of those while pvp-leveling my gwf) I reported them as much as I could but seems like they're just letting them run loose, this ones used to screw lowbie parties sometimes with 2 or 3 on a team.
