AFAIK m18 caps are pretty much all 85k with a few exceptions. Health: No cap Power: No cap Armor Penteration: 85k Critical Chance: 85k* Combat Advantage: 135k Accuracy: 85k Defense: 85k Deflect: 85k Awareness: 95k Critical Avoidance: 90k *Run higher on a healer at approximately a 1:1.25 power to crit chance ratio.

Hello there @eyebreaker7. AFAIK (with 99% certainty) there is no animation for the Steel Blitz feat. The at-will "Relentless Slash" adds the effect that you are noticing. I'm not a fan of the sign post change at all, I think it looks tacky and the space looks empty now. Lol it looks like there should be a bus stop bench next to the damn thing lol. We tried a few different things this mornings runs. I would still recommend queueing privately, if you die during the Hati fight your two options atm are to; a) Abandon instance and be reinvited, or b) sign post out and then back into the instance. Hope that helps :)

Nope, not just a random occurance.... If you die on the Hati fight and the rest of your group completes it you will have to abandon instance and be invited back. Queue private if you can :wink:
