Isn't that only thought a race change tho? Im talking about the whole screen where you have to keep randomly generating them when creating a character when it all begins to be able to change them all not what you selected after leveling.

Also with the seasonal yearly events def need to be new I haven't bothered with any of them this year unless I want a transmog.
