I can confirm now that this did not fix my crash. I have to turn lighting and shadows back down to Low. Just in case it's useful to someone else.

I've been getting a DX DEVICE REMOVED error on my AMD R9 290, which is only solved by turning off shadows and setting lighting to low. Does this mean I can turn that back up? Is there any way we can get details on what the "specific video cards" and lighting conditions were?

Is the 30-slot bag a "one time claim" or do you get one for every toon on your account? It doesn't say.

Is it used up already? I get an "Internal Error. Please Try Again" message when trying to use it. Edit: logged out of Arc and logged back in and it worked.
