  • Have uninstalled the whole Arc and everything and then reinstalled. The updater still was closing off so I went to file location and ArcRepair file, now am updating the patch and waiting to play. This way I also see the Launcher and the patch running, not the little box updater that stalls out.

  • Same, won't connect or does and goes down to 104 MB, tries to connect, starts at 120 again.
