• You get the pack through the ingame mail system. On one of my chars it took approximatly 5 minutes to get into the mailbox after I logged in. So you may have to wait a little bit ingame or you just go the founders agent where you can claim the pack aswell

• Same here, since the patch I can't use the private message system. I always get the error message that at least on character on the account must be lvl 15.

• From all that I've read until now it seems that the Cleric will play itself similar to my DnD 4e controlling healer. Although I still miss the Warlord class...
