Thank you for giving us an update. I know it probably sounds silly, but even if no headway has been made yet, we appreciate the occasional popping in to say, "Hey, we know you're having trouble, and we're still working on it." It lets us know we're not all talking in an echo chamber.

I noticed that the Launcher says they will be performing "Account Server maintenance" tomorrow. Maybe that is to fix this problem?
