I feel the same way. I gave stones to my guild mates that didn't get the promotion email. Everyone in my guild that got the email bought zen, and the ones that didn't would have if they did get the email. I transferred Zen using Charge Zen and haven't received my stone yet. The email says within 48 hours. Just be patient.

idk you're experience with the game, but get a clan that uses VOIP software, not in game chat. lol That will probably help you out a lot. Also you're going to want to befriend and have a sold group of people you synergize with to do the top tier dungeons. Just find a better clan. :P

I have a question. What was the beginning date of the promotion? I ask because I think I bought zen a few days before the email was sent out. (I buy zen every month) Does that mean I am DQed? It was $10 (1000 Zen)

So wait. You froze, from what seems to be an issue with graphic lag, you're whole party was more than fine and were able to kill the boss with out you. It is probably a visual bug. IE the seller did not put a bid value on the listing, so the game put a value there instead of having the usual -- for the bid. Doesn't real seem like that huge of a deal to me. it didn't harm you in anyway than maybe made you feel dumb. I'd just move on. :P
