dex increase resistance to aoes , it will also allow you to ignore player / mobs resistance. these are the main reasons to stack dex. the deflection bonus is literally a bonus. you do not get much in the way of str buffs in your build. and you can improve your dps through other abilities such as power crit amr pen etc…
