Not sure Grey, I think it's more related to the ability of having an army of account bound companions (speculation from my part, but still an hypothesis). Maybe they don't like that, as it could be reducing the purchases of other companions.

I'm not an "economist", but I believe the change to the RAD refinement will take more time to be felt, since NWO PC had several "AD bugs" and it exists for 5 years now.
