Pretty impressive, altough if I'm not mistaken, 2.0 multiplier seems to indicate at least one debuff from another player (or bugged HV stacks), especially since RoE is not in mastery slot. Also perfect vorpal if done solely through shards is 256 shards and 85 coalescent wards, that's a pretty significant investment of time…
Yeah, I'd guess Cryptic wants to break the current 2+ CWs for PvE content, so nerfs would be one way. I would imagine high vizier is in their sights, probably the different player stacking aspect will go, it did for RoE. A HV nerf could also be more severe too (similar to plague fire change). It appears to me that…
Currently, I don't see the point in penalizing players who leave because, to me, the majority of leavers are due to teams being uneven gear-wise. So if a penalty is applied, people would either not play or just accept the defeat and stay in camp. If you force them out of the spawn camp, they'll probably just avoid playing.…
Something seems bugged to me, eye of the storm only "hit" 21 times, yet you have crits out the wazoo. The patch note said they were toning down the damage from EotS, your results don't seem to jive with the intent of their change. I'm not complaining but I get the feeling that's not intended.
Sudden storm can now crit on the preview server. With icy terrain, CoI, I was getting around 12k on crits, doesn't it have no target limit? It also gives 5% ap for me on a 6.4 second cooldown. Given that it is now supposed to refresh chill stacks. It seems like it has more potential.
Ok, and you'll be slightly less effective tossing zillions of adds off ledges. Hopefully foundry pvp maps will be a reality because some of the end game content is truly mindless.
I couldn't care less about the change to the shield ap gain, but from PVP perspective, snap freeze loses 5% on chill strike and IR and won't affect ice knife nor icestorm, ouch. Eye of the storm went from random class passive to random class passive, ok...
I would say just remove them entirely. It might also make pve-based healing clerics more useful or at least encourage players to give a **** when they are getting focused.
I agree but that seems pretty unlikely to me. Yeah, the interaction seems forced but it's better than nothing for sure. Spellstorm seems lacklustre to me, I figured things like ball lightning or sith-like force lightning (the one drow boss has it with a pretty nice visual) or maybe lightning side-effects like a small…
Yeah, I shouldn't judge prior to trying but this doesn't look very appealing. Although Spellstorm dailies, encounters and class features are pretty much rubbish, these appear better. At least they interact with arcane mastery and chill.
Since the last patch, deflection seems to now work even if they are CC'ed. I noticed that even if I manage to miraculously get a TR or GWF under entangling force, they now get their deflection to reduce damage while under that CC. In all my time prior to the patch I'd never seen this, it's happened several times since.…
Well there is this one: Desidus Engame PVP Build It covers most of what seems to be effective. I think if you go into pvp with 12 con and no defense you are going to get obliterated. Like others have stated, severe reaction seems to be pretty helpful, since it helps repel melee attackers and can help minimize your dodge…
Ok, so against good/strong classes we have to run away and get help. For domination, not contesting or defending points because we have to get help is basically hurting the team. Doesn't seem like a real solution. Again valiantly running away in domination hurts the team and lessens the chance you win. What happens if you…
Asking for more CC duration doesn't seem that useful to me. It's not going to be helpful versus TRs or GWFs because they can break out of CC. Extended duration might be more useful versus GFs but I think reducing cooldown times is a better approach. That's a little more dps and a little more control in general but avoids…
I doubt Cryptic is going to increase CC duration, the ****storm would pass the S/N ratio. Given that EF has about .5 seconds CC in PVP, maybe they could decrease the cooldown, it's around 10 seconds. For 0.5 seconds, that doesn't seem so great, maybe they could knock a sec or so off it, to compensate in PVE they could…
