upon switching characters the free section only shows up if your inventory is full... but as soon as you clear something it disappears... but when I went to a character who had space in their inventory it doesn't show up at all.

well... I don't know if it counts as a bug... but there was stuff in the free section of the Zen store, and I was excited! for the first time since I started playing there was finally something there... but my inventory was full and so I discarded some things and when I went back in it was all gone. :(
