• I got the nightmare mount at about my 20th box.
• Great post. I know that sometimes I get a bit panicked when I think I'm going to die and I too have found it comforting to see someone watching, knowing that most of the time if they see me get in serious trouble they will jump in. I also found, when I see someone that looks in trouble, I'll occasionally take out a sniper…
• I love it! I played a cleric in CB and used to love to heal folks. Even saved a couple of folks I think. I think a lot of people that play clerics genuinely enjoy the roll as a do gooder. Thats's awesome.
• Where do you get the 3rd bag? I still have 2 at level 39. Did I miss something?
• I'm hooked. I have spent 30 bucks total on top of my 60 for the founder pack. That's more because I'm a bit of a slot machine lover and enjoy finding out what's in the purple chests. I play the game for fun. I'll never have the bestest gear because that's not the reason for me to play. I enjoy the way the Queues work so…
• He listed more than warrior classes. The main roles are Defender, Leader, Striker, Controller. All the classes branch off from those roles.
• Wow. Great list. I can't wait till they have Ranger and Druid and Barbarian. All the wizard ones look good too.
• I completely agree. I too have spent money and bought founders pack, but there needs to be more balance in the shop prices. Part of the problem is they do not seem to pattern their prices based on what other MMOs charge for things. We are used to seeing bags being fairly cheap or free if you make them yourselves. We are…
• This is asinine I rarely even look at the chat comments unless I'm the one asking the question. You don't have the ability to tune it out? Maybe you should play a single player game. God forbid someone is new to the game and wants to ask a question. I see nothing wrong with a newbee channel, but I do have a problem with…
• As with any other rare item or component you may need to rely on your fellow player and buy them from the auction house. They were just lucky enough to find something they didn't need so they could sell it to you!
• This is kind of a bad time to do this. Gonna be some unhappy folks posting on the forums at 8. Don't know why they wouldn't consider 8pm a bad time to do it. Even east coast, 11pm is an early night for a Saturday.
• Yes, he shouldn't be "offering to show you how it works." definitely sounded a bit threaty. I relaxed when I remembered that my @ name in the game is different than my forum name or user name in this game.
• I think it sounds good too. Someone I guess could falsely accuse someone of something, but that seems like it would be easy to prove you didn't do anything. Chat log anyone?
• You know it's possible that the other games have been out for a long time and the mechanics and graphics of the game don't live up to more modern titles. This will eventually lead to a decline and eventual death of a game. If the player community stays strong and loyal it will continue even with a smaller population. These…
• Yes. They are making a game with the intention of making money off players, as all games are. On the second point, no. You are not forced to spend money on the game. That's it. You can play the game and not spend money. It's not buy to play, Pay to play, subscribe to play. It's free to play. If you want all the fancy stuff…
• And who is reminding you? You are reminding yourself. Does it hurt to watch someone fly by on a spider? Why? Does it kill you to see someone doing more damage than you? Why do you pay attention to these things? How do you know if another player bought a bag or if he goes and sells every 20 minutes? You are creating your…
• There is no public data on what money they are making or if they are profitable with Neverwinter. People like this need to understand that this is called "LYING". If you claim to know something but don't actually know it then you are lying. And you are hurting the game and the community by doing it.
• LOL, I love this. Except those games are even bigger money grabs. Talk about grinding! And all to build a virtual farm!
• See, now you are having a reasonable discussion. I don't think you insulted anyone in that comment. Good for you! Ha. Anyway, I actually think that this game is very casual friendly even to people that don't grind. The fact that you can queue up a dungeon or skirmish so easily means I don't even need to join a guild. I can…
• You're maturity level is astounding. I am not sure you know how to read because a lot of us supposed "White Knights" if that's what we are just want the level of vitriol to ease up. There DOES need to be some balance. I'm not calling people lazy. I'm saying that they deserve to make money on their game. You on the other…
• I don't have any problem with what you are saying. I'm for balance. I'm not for bashing the publisher or developer. You lose a great deal of your credibility on this subject when you tell people that it's a fact that they are greedy when that is a completely subjective comment. It's your opinion and it kills damages the…
• I'm of the opinion that some tweaking needs to be done if anything to help ease the burden on some of the loyal customers who love the game but don't have the money. But it is a good game and a lot goes into a game like this, namely money. I want them to succeed. For that reason, I do want people to spend money in the cash…
• Even in the pen and paper Dungeons and Dragons game there was a limit to how much you could carry and it had nothing to do with greed. They tried to make the game have some realism. Try roleplaying that to take away the pain.
• You know what's funny? We are so accustomed to only negative posts on the forums it seems odd to hear someone just saying something as simple as, "Hey, I've been playing the HAMSTER out of your game and I like it".
• I played and enjoyed your quest a lot! I love reading a real story. In D&D there are often periods of description that are quite detailed and well written (the tabletop game and all the modules you could buy).
• My only issue with graphics are the zoomed in voice over graphics. The voices are good, but they didn't do much to make NPC facial animations look realistic. This is one thing that SWTOR did well.
• Woops! Gender error noted. I'm the same, often lost and confused but a heck of a lot happier than the typical poster who should probably lay off the caffeine. They should take the forums down during server down time. People take out their frustration not being able to play and switch to "Forum Wars". I admit, I'm…
• To the OP: Great positive and thoughtful post. You will be accused of being a fanboi, but seeing as you are "old and cranky" Let's call you a "Fanpa"! LOL. I like to see people that like the game taking the time to post. Usually you just get complainers, trolls, and the occasional confused individual.
• Here we go again.
