reclaimation rock

Hi,

I'm lvl 67 and have taken the requests from reclaimation rock when I was slightly lower level. however, now at lvl 67, i cant' see the quests in my quest window?

I can see all the "?" on the NPC which denotes i've taken a quest, but it doesn't show where the quests are? I've read that it is a bug where if you out-level the place you don't see the quest markers at reclaimation rock? Is that so?

    I'm not sure it's a "bug", but yes, if you outlevel the zone, the exclamation marks of quest givers disappear. But in Reclamation Rock, this shouldn't happen, since you're downleveled to the zone's level.

    the thing is, i look at my friends screen, she has all these diamond markers on the map denoting where to do the quests activities. But I don't.

    For example - I have the quest Vigilance in the forest. So in the description, it says to complete vigilance tasks in the watchers forest. But however, when I go to the watchers forest, I see no diamond markets like my friend do?

    Oh and an off topic question - when I press ctrl J and look under epic equipment, under the eq description it says, the equipment can be found in "elemental infusion" or " seal of the protector" etc, are these the name of the dungeons?

    You can have 4 vigilance quest active at a time. Open your quests and abandon vigilance quests from previous map/camp.
    /OFF
    Elemental infusion is Black Ice lvl5 craft.
    Seal of the protector is seal can be obtained in T2 (iLVL 2k) dungeons.
    Seal of the elements is seal can be obtained in T1 (iLVL 1.6k) dungeons.
    There are seal vendors in PE and in IWD.

    It still affects you when you're scaled down. You can "outlevel" both Drowned Shore and Reclamation Rock, and it's marginally annoying because I lose track of whether or not I have the kill counter quests active or not.

    The quests are there though. Just need to talk to people. Which you would do in order to pick 4 of the tasks available anyway.
