So i buyed zen/ drained money, but no zen?

Hey guys, so i buyed zen this morning, They took the Money, i got a comfirm email that they did, + its gone on the bank


but i still got this?

so what now? i wont get my zens or what?

    Submit a Support ticket. It will get your problem resolved more then likely.

    I have had the same problem today, a mate of mine had the issue yetserday. I have logged a support ticket. Yet another issue for this game, does have me questioning is it worth playing anymore.......
